Shipping policy

We currently ship orders to the United States, Canada, and Mexico only.

  • The Active Hamper System (U.S only): $9.99 flat rate shipping via UPS

  • Buckets/Subscriptions (U.S. only): Free Shipping via UPS

  • Canada & Mexico: Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes

All orders are shipped via UPS within 2 - 3 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada & Mexico)
Orders shipping to Canada and Mexico are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on destination. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied once a shipment reaches your country. The Active Hamper is not responsible for these charges - they are the responsibility of the customer.
